We hope your child loves their custom gear from Patches! But we understand that shopping online — especially for kids — can be tricky sometimes.

You may return any regular-priced item for store credit if your return request is submitted within 30 days of your online purchase.

A $5 return shipping fee applies and must be paid before we issue your prepaid return label. Once your return is approved and the fee is paid, we’ll email you a shipping label (available for returns within the U.S. only).

FINAL SALE: All sale items, bundled sets, and purchases made during promotional or clearance events are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

If your purchase was made through a retail partner, please contact them directly to process your return, as they follow their own return policies.

Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, clean, with original tags and packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns that don’t meet these standards.

Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on worn hats, bottles, or other personal accessories that show signs of use.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for damage resulting from normal wear, accidental misuse, or failure to follow care instructions.
